A common goal shared amongst all of our customers and Mariah Resources as a company is the desire to see all of our personnel go home safely at the end of each shift. Mariah Resources employees and actively recruits experienced EHS personnel. These wind trained EHS managers are available to train, and manage a comprehensive EHS plan for any site in the world. OSHA and MSHA certified personnel are available from our extensive staff. Many have come from backgrounds as wind turbine technicians which brings with it a level of respect for the job that can not be recruited from personnel that has worked in other facets of EHS management. EHS managers should be trainers first not just policemen. Informing someone of an infraction is not enough, a little training insures they don't repeat the mistake.
